Tesla Reportedly in Talks to Buy $2.9B in Chinese Solar Equipment for 100 GW US Manufacturing Push

Reuters reports Tesla is in discussions with Chinese suppliers including Suzhou Maxwell Technologies to purchase approximately $2.9 billion in solar manufacturing equipment to be shipped to Texas, supporting Musk's goal of building 100 GW annual solar manufacturing capacity in the US by 2028.
