Tesla Energy Ventures Granted Electricity Supply Licence in Great Britain

Ofgem officially granted Tesla Energy Ventures Limited an electricity supply licence effective March 11, 2026, authorising it to sell electricity directly to domestic and non-domestic customers across England, Wales, and Scotland. This enables Tesla to compete with established U.K. household energy suppliers and expand its integrated solar and Powerwall offering into the market.
