Court Granted Partial Sanctions Against Defendants Sandberg and Zients

On January 21, 2025, the Delaware Court of Chancery granted, in part, Co-Lead Plaintiffs' Motion for Curative Relief and Sanctions against former COO Sheryl Sandberg and director Jeffrey Zients in connection with the derivative litigation.
