Cerebras Inference Pay-Per-Token Tier Launched

Cerebras made its inference API available to all developers through a self-serve pay-per-token model starting at $10, with 10x higher rate limits than the free tier, supporting models including Qwen3 235B, GPT-OSS 120B, and Qwen3 Coder 480B.
